This Month at a Glance

Tap any number to update it. Everything here feeds one goal: more cars through the door. The numbers you enter save automatically.

The Reputation Gap

Your work is proven β€” but the proof is parked on the wrong lot. Customers searching today see Google first, not Carwise.

Start Here Β· Session Continuity

Handoff Brief

Every new chat starts fresh β€” this board carries the story so nothing drops. Read it first, or tap "Copy brief" and paste it into a new chat to catch me up in one move.

Standing Context

The facts that never change β€” a new session reads this and knows the shop.

Catch Every Idea Β· Never Lose One

Parking Lot

Your best ideas show up mid-stream of something else. This is where they land, sorted by category, so the main thread keeps moving and nothing slips. I'll feed it as we talk β€” you can also drop ideas straight in, or say "park…" by voice.

Highest-Leverage Lever

Review Engine

One job: turn finished repairs into Google reviews. Set a weekly ask goal, log each ask at pickup, and watch the gap close.

The script that works

At pickup, when they're happy with the car:

"If you're happy with how she turned out, the single biggest help to a local shop like us is a quick Google review β€” I'll text you the link right now so it's one tap."

Send the link by text on the spot. Don't wait. The happy moment is at the counter.

What We Post

Plan posts against the five pillars. Aim for 3–4 posts a week. Drafts I write for you land here as "Drafted," ready to schedule.

Campaigns & Initiatives

The handful of moves that move the needle most. Each has a goal and a next action so nothing stalls.

Website Punch List

Fixes that turn the site into a lead machine and feed local search. Check them off as they ship.

Progress

Priority #1 Β· Lead, Don't Chase

Frontier Watch

The standing edge. New tech and capabilities get evaluated here and folded in fast β€” so the shop runs ahead of the curve instead of catching up to it. Status cycles: Watching β†’ Evaluating β†’ Adopting β†’ Live.

How we keep the lead: every check-in, I scan what's newly possible (AI tools, platform features, automations) and surface anything worth adopting. You decide; we ship it. The goal is that this list is never stale β€” when the ground shifts, the panel shifts with it.

Modernization Β· Tools, Software & Equipment

The Stack

Every tool, plugin, app, and piece of equipment we're considering or running β€” with cost, status, and my call on it. Our daily "what do we buy or adopt next" board.

Costs move fast β€” treat any figure here as a starting point to verify before buying.

Build It Β· Hardware & Future Projects

Builds & Projects

Two halves: detailed physical builds to actually wire up, and an idea lab where any "how can we build this" lands, gets weighed, and earns a decision β€” build or scrub.

Academy

A spoken walkthrough for every board, so nothing sits unused. Tap a topic and the panel talks you through it β€” or say "teach me dashboard" with the mic. Built to grow as we add more.

Today's Lesson

What's New β€” Everything We've Added

The Big Picture

Growth Playbook

The strategy this whole panel runs on. Read it once; it explains why every other tab exists.

The Engine

Your moat is real repair quality and OEM certifications. The growth machine just makes that quality visible and turns visibility into booked cars:

Quality work→ Reviews (Google)→ Local search rank→ Calls & estimates→ Cars in the door

The amber links are the two you control hardest and where the panel spends its energy: collecting reviews and showing up.

Standing Priority: Lead, Don't Chase

Above everything else: this shop adopts new tech early. The Frontier tab is the live watchlist β€” new AI tools, platform features, and automations get evaluated and folded in fast. The thing that was impossible last month is often shipping this month, so the panel is built to evolve, not to sit still. Every check-in starts with "what's newly possible?"

The Phases

Phase 1 β€” Fix the foundation (weeks 1–4). Claim & complete Google Business Profile, merge the duplicate Facebook pages, revive Yelp with photos, add a Google-reviews widget to the site. Stop the leaks before pouring in water.
Phase 2 β€” Turn on the review engine (ongoing from week 2). Front desk asks every happy customer at pickup, texts the link on the spot. Target a weekly number. This closes the gap with the chains faster than anything else.
Phase 3 β€” Publish consistently (week 3 on). 3–4 posts/week across the five pillars. Before/afters are your hero content β€” you have a paint booth full of them.
Phase 4 β€” Own the certified niche (month 2+). Build pages and posts around Tesla / Ford-aluminum / GM / I-Car Gold work the chains can't all claim. Be THE certified shop in the River Region.
Phase 5 β€” Measure & compound (continuous). Review numbers weekly in this panel. Double down on what pulls cars; cut what doesn't.

Posting Cadence

What I Need From You to Sharpen This

Voice Capture β€” Speak It, File It

On the move, tap the mic and lead with a one-word tag so I know which board it belongs to. Say the tag, then the idea:

I catch each one, format it, and read it back. Once a day, say "sync the panel" and I'll hand you an import file to load β€” everything lands in the right tabs at once.

How We Run It Together

You or one front-desk person handle daily execution and the logins. I'm the strategist: each check-in I review the panel's numbers, write the next batch of posts and captions, adjust the plan, and stay a few moves ahead. Drop me your week's numbers and I'll tell you exactly where to push next.
